FAQS-Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping time frame:

Allow 2-5 business days for your orders to be process except during holidays and school breaks when processing can take up to 10 days.  

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local US postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Since we are a very small shop, I personally package each order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us regarding shipping.

Ground shipping within the US is free.  We ship every Monday through Fridays.  If you place your order after 1pm EDT on Friday it will not ship until the following Monday.  If you need something rushed and want to pay for expedited shipping please contact us at  We offer calculated international shipping.  Current rates are available at checkout.

International Taxes & Duties:

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.

Return and Exchange policy:

Chloe Bleu offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on unwashed and unworn merchandise within 21 days of order.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method: credit card via PayPal or your PayPal account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. All Sale items, products noted as final sale in the description, shoes, swimwear and accessories are final sale. To return your product, please contact us at


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to arrange for an exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. Anytime after that there will be a $5.00 re-stocking fee.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, tracking information is emailed from us. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
